Caerphilly County Borough Council (the “Authority”) is seeking to procure a Contract for Assertive Outreach Service for Rough Sleepers. The specification is outcomes based, and the Service Provider is expected to offer an innovative and creative solution to meet support needs, ensuring all possible outcomes are achieved as a priority whilst also seeking value for money, providing for the following packages of support.
