Assessment of student housing demand and supply for Cambridge City Council and Oxford City Council

Cambridge City Council and Oxford City Council are commissioning a study to investigate issues relating to the provision of student accommodation in both cities. The successful contractor will provide reports and associated spreadsheet data which will review and provide additional evidence in relation to the demand for different types of student accommodation from the higher and further education institutions in Cambridge and Oxford and the current supply of different forms of accommodation to meet that demand.
