Barbican Estates Redecorations of Communal Areas & Minor Repairs

The City invites Tenders for the provision of Barbican Estates Redecorations of Communal Areas & Minor Repairs. The Contract Period for the Works is for an initial period of two years covering the confirmed sites for redecoration and works, as identified by an independent survey, with an option at the City’s discretion to extend the initial period for a further period not exceeding three years (5 years in aggregate) for additional sites. Additional sites will only be redecorated and repaired if an independent survey indicates the work is required, the City is not obligated to award this additional work.
