Barking and Dagenham Domestic and Sexual Violence Service

The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (LBBD) is procuring its Domestic and Sexual Violence Service currently delivered separately as Refuge Accommodation Provision & Independent Domestic and Sexual Advocacy (IDSVA) Service. This comes at an exciting time when the council has put forward its intention to bring together a specific Domestic Abuse Commission that will look to better understand the high levels of acceptance and normalisation of abusive behaviours as reported within our young population.
