Bath Western Riverside Civils Enabling Works (Stage 1 MP Diversion Works)

Bath and North East Somerset Council (BANES) wish to appoint a civils contractor to undertake enabling works at Bath Western Riverside development site. The works comprise the formation of a new embankment and retaining wall. The works will be carried out over and adjacent to an operational gas infrastructure requiring a highly experienced civils contractor. The enabling works are contained within the red line boundary associated with planning approval granted under 18/02857/FUL*.
