BBC Audiences - Social Media Listening Services

Provision of a tool or a suite of tools for social listening that will provide the BBC with data about the audience and their online conversations from across the internet (online publishers, review sites, and social sites) in order to provide insights to creative, strategic, commissioning, research, publishing, media buying, and brand reputation teams.
