Policy makers will be able to draw on the panel to conduct rapid and reliable quantitative and qualitative research with businesses. The supplier will recruit around 5,000 businesses across a range of sizes, sectors, and regions to form the panel, and then conduct small to medium scale research projects with the panel on a call-off basis to pre-agreed specifications and costs.
