Bespoke Service Charge, Rent Setting and Accounting Module

Thirteen are looking to procure a Bespoke Service Charge Accounting & Rent Setting System that will be an on-premise hosted solution, that has the functionality to automate the setting, billing, budgeting and management of the full-service charge and rent setting process. We require a system that will remove the reliance on the use of multiple spreadsheets and be capable of sitting alongside our existing financial and housing management platforms, allowing for data to be imported and exported to and from these systems via open/flat file interfaces, API's and URL links.
