BHCC HP Concession Contract for General Needs Housing Launderettes

Brighton and Hove City Council (“the council”) require the provision of a launderette service concession, including the supply, servicing and maintenance of laundry equipment for launderettes in its General Needs Housing (GNH) located in the city of Brighton and Hove from 01 April 2017. The concession agreement will be for a term of six years, with an option to extend for up to two years. The concessionaire must provide laundry equipment, which includes washing machines, tumble dryers/drying equipment and sluice machines in the council’s GNH launderettes.
