Since carrying out a full property review we have identified our current office in Exeter does not reflect our vision, therefore a new property has been sourced. The new property we have identified will provide much more flexible spaces and will also be suitable to invite in our stakeholders to build upon our relationships within the local community. The project is primarily to achieve these occupancy requirements (8 permanent desks), and incorporate hot desking facilities, but also to bring the space in line with our desired design that we have already introduced into our Manchester & Leeds offices.
