This specification includes an overview of the project, particulars about the office spaces included in the tender, scope of the project and expected outcomes. The main purpose of this project is to refresh the main kitchen and reception space The National Lottery Community Fund's head office in London. Last refurbished in 2014, these spaces no longer serve the ways in which the Fund works, the furniture is unfit for purpose and the décor does not fully reflect our brand.
