The works comprise: Internal alterations works associated with the proposed improvement to office and storage accommodation including: Removal of walls, Replacement internal doors, Renewal of floor coverings, Decorations, Replacement external doors & door entry controls, Repairs to existing windows, Mechanical; & Electrical alterations and car park repair works. The Contractor is directed to the drawings to identify the exact nature and location of the works.
