<u>Background</u> The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, 'The Council' is looking to source a single supplier for the provision of Generators and Electrical Installation for Bingley Music Live, an annual indie/rock/pop/alternative 3-day music festival, which is professionally organised and managed by The Council. Traditionally held on the weekend after the August Bank Holiday, the festival will be held in 2015 on the 4th, 5th and 6th September.
