Bluelight Gazetteer is used to manage OS Address Base Premium data for the Cheshire Fire Authority (CFA) area plus a small buffer, local data is added to the gazetteer and it is then exported to the Northwest Fire Control Project. The Supplier is Idox (formerly Aligned Assets). The contract is for the provision of Software Licence Agreements for the Bluelight Gazetteer system and only Idox can provide this Licence as they own the software.
