The British Council is inviting ELT providers/suppliers to submit bids/applications to join a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). Providers/suppliers may include established ELT publishing companies and ED-Tec companies involved in English language teaching and related areas of business. DPS will be used to streamline future procurement goods and services, future procurements will include, but will not be limited to, the licensing and the purchase of educational materials.
