The Foreign and Commonwealth Office is seeking to place a contract with an experience contractor for the delivery of this project in Paris, France. This is the pre-qualification questionnaire for the General Contractor (hereinafter called the GC) for the refurbishment of the Chancery Building in Paris. The GC's work scope includes refurbishing the Chancery building, providing a modern 21st century working environment for staff and future expansion. It involves a level of structural alteration to the building, internal remodelling and redecoration throughout and the complete replacement of all electrical services within the building.
