The Tailored Dispensing Service (TDS) was commissioned in 2018, through an AQP exercise and contracts were awarded for 3 years with an option to extend for 2 further years, which has now been enacted. In order to access the TDS service, a referral is sent to the TDS pharmacy from the Bromley Medicine Optimisation Service (BMOS). BMOS will have received a referral from a GP, hospital, community service, or other member of health or social care staff, who feel that their patient would benefit from having a reasonable adjustment aid dispensed.
