The Council is seeking to award a contract via a 2 stage process (Design and Build) to a Building Contractor to deliver the building works for the Phase 2 refurbishment of County Hall's north wing, lower ground and basement areas of County Hall, Norwich, Norfolk NR1 2DH.The procurement of the Building Contractor will be by a two-stage process.
