Bureau Services for the Production, Issuance and Distribution of ITSO Customer Media

Merseytravel requires a managed bureau service to encode, produce and distribute approximately 145,000 ITSO smartcard concessionary travel passes annually, for a 4-year period (with an optional 2 year extension) commencing in June 2019.
