The overall objectives of the project are: Objective 1 - To identify the areas of work that make up our business cycle to provide Ofwat with additional assurance that its governance framework is transparent and produce a clear visual representation of our business cycle (the business cycle map). Objective 2 - Identify and document the processes and controls that need to be in place which give us assurance of delivery of the key components that make up the strategic business cycle.
