Worcester City Council is seeking to engage with a provider for the provision of Consultancy support to deliver a Business Improvement (BI) Strategy to include the vision, strategy and change programme that will enable the Council to deliver service improvement through application of this Strategy. The Consultant will be expected to support delivery of between 4 – 7 BI reviews, dependant on scale; using this activity to enhance and embed organisational BI competencies so that the Council can deliver the remainder of its BI reviews without Consultancy support.
