West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) requires a suitably experienced and qualified Supplier(s) that can deliver the following activities: 1. Undertake a forensic analysis of statutory accounts, VAT returns, or underlying records for smaller companies to clearly identify lost turnover and the applicable gross profit percentage 2. Directly manage and respond to queries from businesses 3. Maintain records of amounts paid out under the scheme  4. Regularly inform WMCA of the progress of the scheme  5.
