C14016 Electrical Works

C14016 Electrical Works is for the Employer's sites across the county of Kent and covers the installation, repair and making good of all electrical services on both domestic and commercial premises by NICEIC (or ECA) registered contractors. All work is to conform to the latest edition of the IEE regulations. From August 2016, the contract shall also provide for the maintenance of Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting on the majority of sites. The Employer is to receive full and uninterrupted use of the essential operational areas throughout the period of this agreement.
