Kent and Medway Towns Fire Authority (The Authority) is seeking a contractor to undertake a programme of Ablutions and Breathing Apparatus Servicing Room Refurbishment Works at its sites across the county of Kent, over a 48 month term, under the Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) Measured Term Contract 2016, in association with its own General Conditions and Preliminaries, Contract and Project Particulars. Sites may be called off as and when by the Contract Administrator, but an initial programme is to be called off at its Folkestone, Whitstable, Westgate and Hoo Fire Stations.
