We require the following valuations (in accordance with Red Book requirements) of the County Farms Estate to be conducted: an investment valuation of each holding; a vacant possession valuation of each holding; include for development potential and highlight where this might occur; outline market commentary for agricultural land values to 2022. The Authority's detailed requirements are defined in the attached documents: Rural Assets Valuation RFQ and Appendix 1.
