Crown Commercial Service as the Contracting Authority has put in place a Framework Agreement for use by UK public sector bodies (and any future successors to these organisations), which includes Central Government Departments and their Arm's Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS bodies and Local Authorities. The Campaign Solutions Framework Agreement is a new and innovative contracting solution for the provision of Campaign Solutions services.
