The Authority seeks a Contractor(s) to provide a comprehensive works and individual trade work for capital projects. The Framework will be broken down into two Lots and each Lot will be evaluated on an individual basis. Bidder may apply for either one or both Lots. Lot 2 will be sub divided into area and bidders may bid for any number of areas within this Lot. Bidders may not necessarily be successfully awarded on all Lots or areas bid for.
