The following requirements are mandatory requirements of this tender:- • 250 spaces minimum with the option to extend to 350 spaces • 0.5 mile from Vicarage St, Luton LU1 3JU • Secure parking with 24 hours security • Barrier support for any staff that require help • Dedicated management of account • Up to a maximum of five years. The contract will be reviewed each year and renewed by the University with the agreement of both parties in writing.
