Carbon Reduction Management Programme

Amber Valley Borough Council (AVBC) following a Climate Change Emergency declaration in July 2019- is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy to undertake and produce a carbon reduction management programme that will help AVBC achieve its goal of carbon neutrality by 2030. The Council require a proven robust carbon pathway towards reducing its carbon footprint . This will involve identifying the current carbon footprint -which will be used as a baseline to measure progress going forward.
