Caretaking GP Services for Meadowfields Practice (Derby) on behalf of Southern Derbyshire CCG & NHS England (North Midlands)

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (Arden & GEM CSU) on behalf of Southern Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group (SDCCG) and NHS England (North Midlands) is carrying out an exercise to identify a caretaker provider for Meadowfields GP Surgery on a short term APMS Contract. Southern Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group (SDCCG) and NHS England (North Midlands) are looking for suitable qualified providers with an ability to deliver a GP Surgery service for up to 12 months (9 months plus 3 month notice period).
