Cashless Parking Services for Cotswold District and Forest of Dean District Councils

We are looking for a supplier to provide a cashless parking solution to manage 23 Off-Street car parks across two Local Authorities. The solution should allow all methods of contact; speaking to an operative, texting, web based and using a mobile application. Reliable customer service is a high priority for both Councils. This is reflected in the evaluation ratio for this contract which is 70% quality and 30% price. The supplier will assist the Councils to promote the use of the cashless payment system with regular reviews of usage.
