It will have a retail type format offering sandwiches and deli foods from a chill cabinet, plus hot selections. It will also sell comfort and convenience products. It is to provide a flexible, healthy & nutritious, balanced menu. The Force, at their cost, provides all furniture and fittings within a cafeteria environment for daily use.
