CBC-0602-T-LS Voluntary and Community Sector Preventative Services

This contract is for preventative, non-statutory services currently provided by the voluntary sector. It is for support for both carers and people with health conditions or disabilities and is intended to deliver four primary outcomes that underpin health and wellbeing.
