The Contractor will be required to design, supply and construct a new Cattle Building in accordance with this Employers requirements document and drawings. The Contractor is to include in their tender for all design, construction, work and materials to hand over the finished project in accordance with the Employers requirements. The design shall comply with all British standards and approved Codes of Practice current at the base date.
