CBC-1092-T-CE Food Waste Treatment and Disposal (including Grass Cuttings Disposal)

Central Bedfordshire Council is a unitary authority with responsibility for collecting and disposing of municipal waste, including Food Waste. This is currently collected separately from properties in the north of the area, comprising approximately 63,736 households. As part of the Councils new Waste Collection Contract, it is anticipated Food Waste Collections will be rolled out to residents in the south of the area, compromising approximately 55,550 households.
