Hartlepool Borough Council (HBC) is seeking to appoint one or two suitably qualified organisations to provide a CCTV Monitoring Service and or a Security Service. The tender will be divided into lots:- Lot A - CCTV Monitoring Service. HBC is looking for a suitably qualified organisation to operate its CCTV Monitoring Service from the councils monitoring offices currently located in the Civic Centre, Victoria Road, Hartlepool, utilising the council's monitoring equipment.
