The Authority is looking for a single supplier to provide catering for working lunches at their Birmingham site. The Authority are looking for the following: -To provide sandwich working lunches when requested within a two day notice period. - Hot food is excluded from the contract. - Serving staff are excluded from the contract. - The specific menus for the sandwiches and other catering items are optional.
