CDIO Assurance Framework

HMRC Control Framework Project needs to produce a CDIO Control Framework, including education for process owners in the assessment of risk and the identification of appropriate and proportionate controls. This is combined with the CDIO Future Mode of Operation and changing capability requirements for CDIO processes.
