Early RIBA stage 2 design work has already been peformed by this supplier so this direct award is to extend an existing arrangement for continuity purposes and to prevent delays that might be incurred by tendering the works. Refurbishment the Rooftop residences adjacent to WGH, the refurbishment of WGH mortuary & alterations to STMH gynaecology department. The overall cost also include M&E, structural & civil design work.
