CE3878 Print & Design Framework

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (the Council) is seeking to establish a print and design procurement framework (Framework) for the supply of a wide range of printing and reprographic services to the Council and the specified London Councils, and occasionally some creative design services as commensurate to the Council's or the London Council's requirements. London Borough of Newham and London Borough of Havering have expressed an interest in accessing services through this framework.
