What the buyer wrote

The MCA Channel Navigation Information Service (CNIS) helps vessels navigate safely and prevents collisions in the Dover Strait. The CNIS software, server equipment, RADAR transceiver units, microwave data link hardware and vessel Automatic Identification System (AIS) shore side radio base stations are reaching the end of their service life meaning there is a need to replace this equipment over the next 3 years.
