Amber Valley Borough Council, supported by funding from several organisations including Heanor and Loscoe Town Council, is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified service provider to construct a new National Governing Body compliant single storey sports pavilion comprising club / community rooms for use by sports clubs and community groups with associated WCs and kitchen / bar facilities and with separate officials changing (*2) (phase 1) and two 'team' changing rooms with external storage (phase 2).
