Barnet Homes requires a chartered surveying service for Barnet Homes properties.The role will include the following:To act on behalf of Barnet Homes when we either instigate a party wall agreement, or have one served on us from a neighbouring property,an experienced specialist surveying organisation who can carry out independent property stock condition surveys where a full and definitive written & photographic report is provided to the client outlining existing defects, cause & effect and remedy works specification.
