Hampshire County Council invite suitably experienced providers to tender for an Extra Care Service in Winchester, Hampshire. This service, delivered in a central location in Winchester, is for the provision of on-site 24 hour, 7 day a week social care services within a new Extra-Care housing scheme to improve choice and outcomes for vulnerable older and/or disabled people who are at risk of increased dependence without such provision.
