Chesterfield Borough Council - Occupational Health

We are seeking a great Occupational Health Advisory Service, which can work closely with us to maintain a healthy workforce, promote well-being and assist us in reducing staff absence. We currently work with providers of Physiotherapy and Counselling services through our Occupational Health Services provider to enable early intervention to prevent and reduce absence and assist with recovery. We are keen to further improve attendance and health of our employees, through changes to our policies and embracing a range of wellbeing initiatives.
