The London Borough of Hackney - and on behalf of The City of London - Public Health Service is pleased to invite bids from organisations able to evidence the necessary experience, skills and abilities to deliver the Childhood Obesity Service, for children and their families. The contract will be split into x2 Lots which are outlined below. Lot 1: 0-5 Healthy Eating and Obesity Services: Universal Service with targeted provision, targeting those with the highest needs, based on local health and population data.
