This will be achieved by providing an Early Intervention and Prevention model of support to meet the Mild to Moderate Mental Health needs of C&YP. The Service will use Evidence-Based approaches to: • Promote good EHWB for C&YP and their Families. • Prevent EHWB difficulties from occurring or getting worse. • Provide interventions and support when C&YP and their Families need them.
