Christmas Illuminations 2016 - 2019

Portsmouth City Council, 'the Authority', is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced providers for this project. The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to the provision, service, maintenance, installation and storage of Christmas Illuminations and associated items, including the provision of Christmas trees, to enhance the festive season in several key retail centres in Portsmouth.
