Overview of Requirements: The successful Provider will be required to: Develop and maintain a online and digital system wide citizens' panel across the Black Country and West Birmingham STP Identify demographic gaps from JSNAs and CCGs to base recruitment targets Recruit approximately 350 citizens from each locality predominantly based on demographics and those who wouldn't normally get involved in health care engagement (where possible including those from seldom heard or hard to reach communities).
