City and Hackney CCG Primary Care Enhanced Services

City & Hackney was one of the London Devolution pilot sites, has established integrated commissioning arrangements where the local healthcare providers, including the City & Hackney GP Confederation (GP Confederation), are part of the governance structure. The Confederation is the body that local GPs have chosen to use to consolidate the local primary care Enhanced Services, reduce variation between practices & every practice is a member of the GP Confederation.
